Is Beava free to use?
Creating an account and posting tasks is free. Beava charges a small service fee on paid tasks when payment is processed in-app.
How do I know helpers are trustworthy?
Check their vouches (endorsements from neighbors), reviews from completed tasks, and verification badges. You can also message them before booking.
What kinds of tasks can I post?
Moving help, cleaning, yard work, pet care, handyman tasks, errands, tech help, tutoring, rides, and more. If it is legal and safe, you can probably find a neighbor to help.
How do payments work?
When you book a helper, Beava stores a payment authorization on your saved payment method. The actual charge happens when you confirm the task is complete, and is then credited to the helper.
What if something goes wrong?
Open a dispute within 72 hours of task completion. Beava reviews evidence and can issue refunds, partial payments, or other resolutions.
